[Hilarium ICO Talk] Memorandum of Consent signed with Jurong Group

May 5th Children's Day ... a short but 3-day long holiday started ~

Yesterday we signed a memorandum of Consent between Jurong Group and Hilaris.

I have been with the Jurong Group since 2017

Now I think I got the results ~

Liu Chang-qing Jurong Group Honorary Chairman, Zhou Su-qin Jurong Construction Chairman, Frank Feng Jurong Group Overseas Office general Director visited Seoul

It was a place where we gathered to promote the joint healthcare business.

The following are the conventions for cooperation and strategic alliances of two companies.

1. The two companies actively cooperate in the planning, design, development and operation of a new concept of healthcare services that the Chinese government is promoting.

2. The Jurong Group is actively involved in the Chinese business related to Hilari's online healthcare service based on Exermine using the Hila coin system, a powerful motivation tool for continuous health practice.

3. Jurong Group actively participates in establishing an offline service base in China such as Hilaris Studio, Hilaris Zone, and Exermine Cafe.

The signing ceremony was attended by Liu Chang-qing Jurong Group Honorary Chairman, Zhou Su-qin Jurong Construction Chairman and Frank Feng Jurong Group Overseas General Secretary from China, Vice Chairman of the Board of Investment Agencies, Vice Chairman of KTB Asset Management Co., and Vice President of the Board of Directors of KHB Asset Management Co., Park Hyun-chul, Chairman Park Soon-duk, the director of the Hilaris Foundation, a charitable foundation for public benefit.

After signing the Memorandum of Understanding, the foreign guests experienced the current installation of Hilaris studio, and after the ceremony, they had a brief introduction to the vision of Hilaris World.

Moon Hyung-Cheol has demonstrated Hilaris CMP Therapy for Zhou Su-qin Jurong President with right shoulder discomfort and Frank Feng Jurong Group Overseas General Manager with pain in the back.
