[Hilarium ICO Talk]- UK AIR&D Signs MOU with Hilaris

Hello Everyone, this is Chris Kim from the HILARIUM FOUNDATION. 

On April 27th, Hilaris concluded an agreement with AIR&D to participate in the European and South African regions as an operator and to be a member of Hilarium Consortium, which is responsible for the space design of Hilaris Studio, Hilaris Zone, Exermine Cafe. 

AIR&D is a UK company that specializes in space design.

AIR&D provides services like retail space design, customer behavior tracking and marketing in Europe, Russia, China and Southeast Asia, centering on UK headquarters, AIR&D EU in Lisbon, Portugal and AIR&D China in Shanghai, China.

It has participated in various design projects and marketing promotions of stores including Europe’s Carrefour, intermarche, Apple’s Genius Bar, Shell CVS, Pandora, Swalovsky, and Audi Shanghai.

Joao Barbosa, CEO of AIR&D, is a global space designer who designed Cooper Aerobics China’s Health and Wellness Center in Nanjing, China.

Joao Barbosa strongly sympathized with the aims of HILARIUM FOUNDATION—a FOUNDATION founded in Singapore and currently working on its cryptocurrency publication—and Hilaris World FOUNDATION— a public charity organization established by donations of Hyung Chul Moon and Seung Hoon Park (Cofounders of the HILARIUM FOUNDATION).

Joao gladly promised to be an ally of Hila and to actively pursue business in Europe, including Russia, and South Africa together.

With AIR&D joining the consortium, it can be expected that HILARIUM FOUNDATION and HILARIS WORLD FOUNDATION will further expand their activities globally.
