What Is Bruce Protocol?

The first one, Bruce protocol measures ECG before, during and after exercise, and

blood pressure; therefore it can accurately figuring out physical changes due to exercise

by accurately measuring potential danger of exercise. 

Primary inspection items are as below.

Basic Inspection

By checking body weight balance, measuring the degree of body weight spread on

the sole when stood up straight enables to figure out which side of the body bears 

more weight. 

Body composition inspection

Body composition inspection facilitates the measure if one’s body fat is below or 

above average by checking skeletal muscle, body fat, body water, protein and minerals

distribution. 

In earnest, prepare inspection for Bruce protocol. 

For ECG inspection, attach the electrode device on the user’s breast and put the blood pressure cuff around on arms, and then connect to the wrist device. 

Resting Blood Pressure Inspection

exercise is started according to a set strength. 

Continuously inspecting ECG condition during exercise, measure the amount of

change in ECG.

Bruce protocol in recovery condition

When exercise is completed, measure blood pressure and ECG in recovery condition

and check the time it takes for the body condition to return to its usual condition.

When completed, Bruce protocol inspection result can be printed out. 

After that, use the result as the data for customized prescription, using Adviser program.
